The National Bank of Serbia charges fees for payment transaction services subject to the tariff specified in the Decision on Uniform Fees Charged for Service Provided by the National Bank of Serbia.

Interbank payments (gross and net settlement):

Fee for connecting to the RTGS system 300,000 dinars
Monthly subscription for participation in the RTGS and clearing system 50,000 dinars
Fee for RTGS settlement per order for payment in specified time periods:
- for payments made using the NBS network: from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 25 dinars per order, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., 60 dinars per order and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., 120 dinars per order;
- for payments made using the SWIFT network: from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 35 dinars per order, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., 70 dinars per order and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.,130 dinars per order.
Fee for clearing settlement:
- for orders issued using the NBS network settled in the first settlement cycle, 3 dinars per order, for orders settled in the second settlement cycle, 3.50 dinars per order, and for orders settled in the third settlement cycle, 4.50 dinars per order.
- For orders issued using the SWIFT network settled in the first settlement cycle, 5 dinars per order, for orders settled in the second settlement cycle, 5.50 dinars per order and for orders settled in the third cycle, 6.50 dinars per order.

Fee for small-value payments (up to 250,000.00 dinars), made in real time via MT-102 messages with RTGS priority, shall be charged at the same rate charged for clearing payments.
