Certificates and Other Data Issued on Client Request

On the written request of creditors and debtors, and after the payment of applicable fee, the competent organizational unit shall issue the following certificates:

  • certificate of the sequence of priority in respect of collections against a particular blocking order, 
  • certificate that the debtor has no liabilities and orders on record with regard to enforced collection, 
  • certificate as to the number of illiquid days, 
  • certificate of total outstanding liabilities and orders with regard to enforced collection, 
  • certificate of total outstanding liabilities and orders – list of all outstanding decisions and orders, 
  • certificate of effected enforced collections of liabilities and orders,
    and provide other data.

Request for certificate issuing is submitted on the PN REQUEST 1 form and sent to the following fax number: 034/307-848 or e-mail: zahtevzapotvrde@nbs.rs.

In addition, interest calculation at the required rate and interest rate period for a particular amount of principal is performed on client request submitted on the PN REQUEST 2 form.

The request for the withdrawal of orders from the third line of priorities (securities, bills and authorizations), signed and certified with a stamp and signature from the specimen signature card, must be submitted by the creditor on the PN REQUEST 3 form and delivered to the bank maintaining the creditor’s current account. The bank then sends the scanned copy of the request and of the order on the payment of the order withdrawal fee to the National Bank of Serbia, e-mail: povlacenje3.red@nbs.rs .

Request for the withdrawal of the bill of exchange avalised by a legal entity and for the provision of data on the amount debited from the debtor’s account is submitted by the debtor’s bank on the PN REQUEST 3A , while the scanned copy (free of charge) is delivered to the National Bank of Serbia, e-mail: povlacenje3.red@nbs.rs.

Fee for the withdrawal of claim enforcement order is charged pursuant to the NBS Tariff or to be more specific pursuant to tariff no.12, tariff item 4. Fee for the issue of certificates and other data is charged pursuant to tariff items 5, 6, 7 and 8.

Users may now access the register of debtors in enforced collection and, for a fee of not more than 2 dinars per entity registration number, obtain the following information on their customers, suppliers and business partners: information on whether their accounts are blocked or not, the amount of funds blocked and number of days of account blockade. The data provided are as at the previous working day. Clients may request information for minimum 100 entity registration numbers.
