Methodology of the International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity Data Template is fully in accordance with "Balance of Payments Manual, Fifth Edition, International Monetary Fund, 1993“ (BPM5) and “International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity Guidelines for Data Template, International Monetary Fund, 2001“. The International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity Data Template is an important macroeconomic indicator and reporting of its progress is obligatory for all members of Special Data Dissemination Standard (SDDS).
