Performance of RTGS, Clearing System and the System of Interbank and International Clearing of Foreign Exchange Payments in June 2012

In the course of 21 business days in June 2012, a total of 16.6 mln payments were processed in the NBS RTGS (11.6 mln or 69.8%) and clearing system (5 mln or 30.2%). The average number of payments was 793.138 per day, of which 553,627 in RTGS and 239,511 in clearing. 

The value of turnover in the RTGS system amounted to RSD 2,771 bln, while clearing turnover reached RSD 39.2 bln or 1.4% of the total.

Daily turnover in the RTGS and clearing system averaged RSD 131.9 bln and RSD 1.9 bln, respectively.

A total of 3,603 payments worth EUR 36,838,239.59 were processed in the interbank and international clearing of foreign exchange payments

As there was no downtime during 11,340 minutes of production, availability of the NBS RTGS and clearing system was 100%.
