In accordance with the changes in the organisational structure of the National Bank of Serbia, dated 3 October 2005, the DIVISION FOR RECEIPT, CONTROL AND ENTRY OF EXECUTION TITLES AND ORDERS – KRAGUJEVAC is now in charge of receiving, controlling and entering decisions and resolving complaints in respect of execution titles and enforced collection orders.
By contacting the Call Centre (034/307-890, on business days from 8.00 to 15.00), interested parties can obtain data on the amount of blocked funds and grounds for account blocking in the course of that day and information about the issuing of certificates. Other data regarding the execution of enforced collection decisions and orders (whether the decision is received, who the creditor specified in the decision is, why the decision is not executed, whether the decision is executed in full…) are provided exclusively at written request, which should be sent by fax 034/307-847, 307-848 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Belgrade-based Division for Supervision and Operational Activities is in charge of replying to queries regarding the execution of enforced collection in terms of exchange of electronic messages with banks (whether the bank has provided the account balance, executed and confirmed the execution of enforced collection order from the debtor’s account, whether the information on de-blocking of debtor’s account was sent to banks and if yes, when…). The Division can be contacted at the following phone numbers: 011/333 8370, 333 8371 and 333 8372.
Parties should submit requests for correction of days of blockade to the National Bank of Serbia, Enforced Collection, Kralja Petra 12. The request should be supported with a copy of the statement of account stamped by the relevant bank.
